Available in 8 one and two-bedroom units in the Kiwanis Soroptimist Suites building, this popular housing option has now grown to 39 units with the addition of the new 31-unit Kiwanis Villa, which opened in September 2009.

Each suite offers a fully-equiped kitchen with full-sized fridge and stove and lots of cupboard space. The bathrooms are designed with safety in mind and have wheelchair-accessible showers featuring built-in seats and grab bars throughout. The patios and decks allow for a private outdoor living space and feature built-in screen doors. Each unit also has plenty of closet-space as well as in-suite storage. With high-efficiency, self-serve laundry facilities in each building, as well as parking for cars and scooters, supportive living is the perfect option for independent seniors looking for convenience and peace of mind.
