Exciting Care Leadership Opportunity at Kiwanis Village Nanaimo
We are seeking a part-time Clinical Nurse Leader reporting to the Manager of Residential Services.
Primary focus is the delivery of quality client-centered care for complex care residents. Duties include clinical leadership and resource to all levels of nursing staff, evaluation of interdisciplinary care planning, coordination of quality improvement activities, and education programs for Kiwanis Lodge. The successful applicant must be a graduate from an approved School of Nursing with current CRNBC registration. A BScN degree or equivalent experience and education is required with post-graduate education or additional preparation in gerontological nursing preferred.
